Tanya Grobler - Marketing Director

Tanya started her career within the insurance Industry at Rentmeester Assurance in 1998, heading up the Direct Sales Department.  She was responsible for the corporate branding and marketing of insurance products within the lower LSM Groups at Rentmeester.  She developed a loyalty programme for Rentmeester that was aimed at the middle to lower income markets called Mahala.  Founder and CEO of Mahala, has set-up, implemented and managed various white labelled  loyalty programmes for big Corporates like JD Group, TEBA Limited as well as Unions like PSA, NEHAWU, SACOSWU, NUPSU, HIAWU and many more.

 

Oneziwe Mgudlwa - Operations Director

Oneziwe has a BCom degree in Insurance & Risk Management and Advanced Management from WITS University. With over 9 years’ experience in the insurance industry, he’s previously worked at the largest insurance company in the world, American International Group SA, managing insurance-marketing campaigns for existing clients including Standard Bank Group Insurance Brokers and Nedbank Group Insurance Brokers. He has also worked as a National Key Accounts Manager for BMS, managing multiple funeral insurance portfolio’s including the largest local government trade union in SA, The South African Municipal Workers Union.
